What You Will Do
Develop and lead TikTok's North American regulatory legal strategy, advise senior executives and business leaders on high-stakes regulatory issues, and oversee engagement with regulators and government agencies.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Significant experience advising on regulatory matters in North America
- Experience engaging with government regulators, lawmakers, and industry bodies in North America
- Strong ability to align regulatory compliance with business strategy
- Skilled at identifying and mitigating regulatory risk across complex regional markets
- Experience managing regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, inquiries, and high-stakes crises
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
