Role Overview

This position sits within the Finance Regulatory Reporting organization and plays a key role in advancing regulatory reporting automation and data quality initiatives. The primary emphasis of the role is on enhancing data processes, improving reporting efficiency, and supporting strategic regulatory reporting objectives.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and enhance automated data pipelines and reporting processes supporting key regulatory reports. Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and variance investigations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of regulatory reporting data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, transform, and analyze large datasets
  • Experience in data analysis, reconciliations, and QA/testing in a financial or data-intensive environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively across business, data, and technology teams
  • Experience with bank regulatory reporting (e.g., FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, TIC, FR 009 or similar)
  • Familiarity with Axiom or other regulatory reporting platforms
  • Working knowledge of Python for data automation, analysis, or testing
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, data lineage, and source-to-target mapping
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting controls, governance, and data quality frameworks
  • Experience supporting data cleanup, remediation, or post-integration activities
