Job Description
The Inova Rehab Admissions department is looking for a Rehab Admissions Liaison to work part-time (16-21 hours/week) in a PRN capacity. The role involves building relationships with hospital discharge planners, payer contacts, and physicians to promote rehabilitation admissions. The schedule includes a weekend rotation every 2 months and major holiday coverage.

Requirements

  • Certification: Not required
  • Licensure: Must be licensed in Virginia as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience: 2 years of clinical experience in acute rehab, acute care, or case management
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
