Job Description
The Rehab Product Support Associate will work with Field Sales to develop and focus on applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products. They will provide training and presentations on Quantum Products, including Q Logic electronics, and assist with education presentations and technical training.

Requirements

  • Focus on the continued training, development, and support for Rehab products
  • Communicate consistently with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to provide training and presentations
  • Assist with education presentations and technical training
  • Communicate Quality Assurance issues and concerns
  • Report field data regarding growth opportunities
  • Maintain inventory on demo chairs, electronics, and accessories
  • Maintain cost effective time and territory management
  • Submit monthly expenses and weekly itineraries for travel
  • Assist providers and their technical staff in troubleshooting and repairs
  • Participate in VA clinics and VA related activities
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed
  • Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
  • Focus on continuous improvement and good business judgment
