Role OverviewOpen Management is hiring a Rehab Specialist for a full-time position at their manufactured housing community in Heath, Ohio. The role involves completing full unit rehabs and renovations to prepare homes for occupancy, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
What You Will Do
Perform full rehab projects, complete property maintenance requirements, and complete unit turns. May include tasks such as transporting equipment, repairing and fabricating window and door screens, and operating power tools.
