Job Description
Rehab Technician III assists in leadership, training, and client personal care & development. Responsible for residential shift leadership, coaching and overseeing Rehab. Tech I and IIs performance, and mentoring staff through therapeutic working relationships with patients and their support network.

Requirements

  • Certification as a CNA or a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) or High School Diploma or G.E.D with three years of experience, or one year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech. and have completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements.
  • One year experience as a Hope Network Rehabilitation Technician or two years of experience in a human service agency.
  • Work experience in a licensed residential setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
  • Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations.
  • Basic computer skills.
