This position provides guidance and counseling to individuals experiencing significant mental/behavioral health disabilities in achieving competitive integrated employment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of psychosocial assessment and vocational rehabilitation counseling.
  • Knowledge of assistive technology and disability rights, culture, and history.
  • Ability to be flexible and balance between literal adherence to rules and the use of policies as a guide.
  • Skill in working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and use medical and psychological information to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to be proactive, organized, and manage caseloads.
