Role OverviewThe Adult Residential Treatment Center (RTC) provides services for persons ages 18 and older with serious mental illness. This is a full-time position that requires availability to work Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm in Frederick, MD. As a rehabilitation specialist, you will provide support for mental health treatment and create a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
What You Will Do
Provide one-on-one support to clients, ensure medication compliance, work with a collaborative service team to develop individual service plans, provide transportation and attend medical appointments, and develop a rapport with clients to become part of their trusted support system.
