Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate Industries Team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of real estate lending fundamentals and 10+ years of directly related experience.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance
Master Advanced Degree in Business or Finance (Preferred)
10+ years of directly related experience
Strong knowledge of real estate lending fundamentals in the Seattle and surrounding markets
Solid understanding of underwriting and analysis for companies of all sizes and complexities
Supervisory experience (optional)
Ability to work with loan administration to review and negotiate loan documents
