Role OverviewThe Reinstatement Support Analyst provides initial intake and processing of various service purchase transactions in support of the Service Purchase Unit and assists with department projects as needed. The role involves providing prompt phone, virtual, and in-person counseling, developing thorough understanding of service purchase requests, and communicating with other retirement boards.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include researching requests, developing skills to understand and calculate creditable service, communicating with other retirement boards, and integrating with OnBase ECM system to process member purchases.

Requirements
- Degree or higher or comparable work experience
- Excellent communication (writing and speaking), inter-personal and demonstrated organizational skills

- Ability to maintain complex records and to prepare periodic reports from such records
