Role OverviewProvide exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates by ensuring prompt, professional interactions that fully align with Park Promises and Serving More standards. Foster and strength retail banking customer relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex customer issues/concerns.
What You Will Do
Act as the customer's personal banker, utilizing the bank's Contact Management philosophy and strategy to strengthen relationships, offer products and services that align with customer needs, and provide exceptional customer services. Originate, retain, and maintenance customer accounts, including but not limited to Retail Deposit Accounts, Digital Products and Services, Small Business Deposit Accounts.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years experience in banking, sales, relationship management, or a related field
