Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Banker I to handle teller transactions, provide operational support, cross-sell bank products/services, and resolve customer service issues. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to learn the banking industry.

Requirements

  • College degree in business, accounting or finance preferred or related work experience
  • 6-12 months of cash handling, customer service in a retail environment, or sales experience preferred
  • Desire to learn the banking industry, help others, and work in a professional environment
  • PC literate and typing proficient
  • Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred
