Job Description
As a Relationship Banker at Rockland Trust, you will build and foster strong relationships with customers, expand relationships, and deliver an energetic banking experience. You will engage in consultative conversations, process transactions, and offer products or services. You will work independently and as part of a team to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of successful experience in a sales and service environment
  • Notary Public and NMLS certification
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Ability to work intuitively and find creative solutions
  • Ability to work within a flexible work week
  • Ability to successfully complete our training program
