Role OverviewAs a Relationship Banker, you will identify customer needs and match them with bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and financial well-being. You will utilize proactive sales/service efforts and recognize referral opportunities to deepen customer relationships while processing cash and non-cash transactions.
What You Will Do
You will identify customer needs, make referrals, service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, cash management services, and process transactions accurately. You will also achieve sales and referral goals quarterly, provide excellent customer service, and utilize opportunities to transform service into sales.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience, retail sales experience, or prior Trustmark Relationship Banker experience
- Ability to learn Trustmark consumer and/or mortgage lending guidelines
- Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
- Basic math concepts and ability to handle routine transactions
