Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience
  • 2 years of Trustmark Relationship Banker experience
  • Ability to learn Trustmark consumer and/or mortgage lending guidelines
  • Ability to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal technology systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
