Role OverviewAs a Relationship Banker at Bank of America, you will engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources. You will accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed. Key responsibilities include having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of the financial and life priorities and connecting clients to solutions that meet the financial goals.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include executing the bank's risk culture, building relationships with clients, following established processes and guidelines, growing business knowledge and network, managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls, and driving the client experience.
