Role Overview

As a Relationship Banker, you will focus on growing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones through consistent sales execution, lead management, and proactive cross selling. You will deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the bank's mission, engaging customers with friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service. You will maintain strong knowledge of all bank products and services, effectively educating customers and cross-selling to meet their financial needs.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include meeting with customers to conduct financial needs assessments, maximizing sales opportunities, and providing full-service support. You will open new accounts, discuss/sell loan products to existing and prospective customers, and promote online and mobile banking capabilities. You will also maintain and balance a cash drawer, utilize teller scanning equipment, and serve as a Vault Teller.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service, retail sales and service position with cash handling, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal - customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills
