Role OverviewThe Relationship Banker is responsible for growing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones through consistent sales execution, lead management, and proactive cross-selling. They will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strong knowledge of bank products and services, and present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust with customers.
What You Will Do
The Relationship Banker will meet with customers to conduct financial needs assessments, maximize sales opportunities, and provide full-service support. They will also perform customers' transactions efficiently, maintain and balance a cash drawer, and serve as a Vault Teller.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, retail sales, and service position with cash handling, or a similar role
- FIS/IBS (Integrated Banking Solutions) knowledge
