Role OverviewThe position is a Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker in the Greater Charlotte & Triad Area, requiring a Saturday commitment. The role involves providing industry-leading client service experience, developing and expanding client relationships, and offering financial solutions to meet client needs.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include exercising advanced proficiency with client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and sales functions, contributing to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets, and supporting team sales processes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
