Role OverviewThe Relationship Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with a full range of banking transactions, account services, and financial solutions. This role supports customer relationship development through proactive engagement, cross-selling, and referral activities. The position also contributes to branch operations, risk management, and overall banking center performance, with increasing responsibility and complexity at higher levels.
What You Will Do
Process routine to complex transactions, provide accurate information, troubleshoot customer issues, assist with account servicing activities, support loan-related activities, and ensure a high level of courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 0–2 years in banking, retail, or customer service (Entry Level)
- Some banking or sales experience preferred (Intermediate)
- 1–2+ years financial services experience with demonstrated proficiency (Advanced)
