Role Overview

The Relationship Development Sales Associate is responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts with monthly billings. This role emphasizes proactive account management, quarterly reviews, and strategic engagement with existing clients to increase revenue through upselling.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, conduct quarterly account reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and present tailored solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client business challenges and position solutions effectively
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
