What You Will Do
The Relationship Specialist will create an environment of exceptional member service, develop and build relationships with Chartway’s member base, and proactively collaborate with the branch team and other departments to successfully find solutions for members.

- Ability to develop strong relationships in a warm and professional manner
- Proficient oral, written, and communication skills

- Fundamental analysis and problem-solving skills
- Basic experience with MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and processes related to the credit union and the product and services it offers
