Role OverviewThe Release Train Engineer will lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting Insurance transformation programs. The role involves PI Planning, ART execution, dependency management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery excellence across multiple Agile teams.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions, coordinating delivery across multiple Agile teams, and tracking PI objectives, risks, issues, and release readiness.

Requirements
- 12+ years of IT delivery/program management experience
- 5+ years as an RTE or SAFe Program Leader
- Experience managing large Agile Release Trains with distributed teams
- Strong SAFe, Agile, Program Management, and Delivery Governance experience
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, or similar tools
- Insurance domain experience preferred
