Role Overview

The Release Train Engineer will lead planning and execution of Program Increments across one or more Agile Release Trains, ensuring alignment between business strategy, portfolio priorities, value stream goals, and measurable delivery outcomes.

What You Will Do

The Release Train Engineer will drive PI Planning readiness, facilitate core ART operating events, and partner with Product Management and Technology teams to support release-on-demand planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of Agile delivery leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in SAFe framework, Agile Release Train execution, PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and cross-team dependency management
  • 3+ years of experience as a team-level or program-level Agile coach
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, consensus-building, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging Agile and flow metrics for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
