Role OverviewAs a Reliability and Maintainability Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that systems and products function reliably over time, minimizing the risks of failure and downtime. You'll work on designing and implementing maintenance strategies, conducting failure analysis, and collaborating with other engineering and maintenance teams.

Designing and implementing maintenance strategies, conducting failure analysis, designing and executing reliability tests, collaborating with other teams, using statistical tools, and preparing reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited academic institution
- 4 years of related engineering experience
- Mastery of concepts, principles, and practices of engineering
- Working knowledge of computer systems and computer-based engineering tools
- Planning/organizing skills
- Valid, state-issued driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance up to top secret with special access
- U.S. citizenship
