Role Overview

As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in principles and problem-solving techniques in asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. You will repair and perform preventative maintenance to ensure the most efficient operation while taking a proactive approach to new equipment installations.

What You Will Do

Key accountabilities include implementing moderately complex reliability excellence activities, executing the development, design, and installation of predictive maintenance programs, and performing the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum of two years of related production work experience, and experience in production, maintenance, or project management. Knowledge in maintenance process management, background in rotating equipment, and experience with SAP are preferred qualifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related production work experience
  • Experience in Production, Maintenance, or Project Management
  • Knowledge in maintenance process management
  • Background in rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers, and material handling equipment
  • Experience creating complex tests and analysis
  • Predictive maintenance technologies experience
  • Experience with SAP
