Role OverviewWe're looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our team at our Aliceville pellet plant, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for improving the reliability and performance of plant assets, helping us deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
What You Will Do
Leading reliability improvement initiatives across the plant, conducting root cause failure analysis, developing and enhancing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline
- Experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and reliability engineering principles
- Experience using CMMS systems and maintenance performance data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence change and drive improvement initiatives
