Role Overview

As a Reliability Engineer at Henkel's Adhesive Technologies business unit, you will analyze equipment failures, perform Root Cause Analysis, and develop Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Your main responsibilities will include analyzing equipment failures, performing Root Cause Analysis, developing and improving Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs, partnering with maintenance technicians, and managing reliability improvement projects.
