Role OverviewThe primary role of the Reliability Engineer is to track, analyze, and improve upon the reliability of the plant equipment. This is an onsite position.
What You Will Do
Guide efforts to improve reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems through multifunctional team meetings.

Must be able to work with Maintenance and engineering as well as report out to Executive Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Three plus (3+) years heavy industrial experience
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PdM systems and technologies
- Maximo knowledge a plus
- Hydraulic, Combustion, and Electrical knowledge a plus
