Role OverviewThe Reliability & Projects Engineer will ensure safe and reliable operation of production facilities at the lowest life cycle cost and develop cost-effective projects to increase plant productivity. This role will involve identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to electrical/instrumentation/automation/networking reliability issues and projects for multiple facilities.
What You Will Do
Maintain safety as a top priority, analyze data to identify reliability improvement activities, assist in engineering and design of electrical and automation systems, and manage execution and commissioning of projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of electrical/instrumentation/automation/networking/cybersecurity regulatory and industrial standards and codes, as well as experience with CMMS systems, Six Sigma methodologies, and reliability methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, or Electronic, or Computer, or Networking Engineering
- 12 years of experience in areas of engineering, maintenance, reliability, automation, networking, CyberSecurity in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in maintenance and engineering of electrical, instrumentation, automation, networking equipment
- Proven knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
- Proven experience in execution of Reliability methodologies such as RCA, RCI, FMEA, Statistical downtime analysis, Fishbone analysis etc
- Excellent communication, team interaction and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as lead/participate on cross functional teams
