Role OverviewThe Reliability Specialist is responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving operational and maintenance processes to improve safety, efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall system performance. This role works cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership to drive plant reliability, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure sustainable results.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing high-level troubleshooting of refrigeration systems, managing complex maintenance and PM procedures, supporting plants as requested, and analyzing current workflows, production processes, and system performance to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvements.
