Role OverviewWe're looking for a Reliability Technician to ensure our cultivation and production environment remains safe, functional, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate will take pride in solving problems, preventing downtime, and maintaining high operational standards.
What You Will Do
Perform ongoing facility maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, execute preventative maintenance programs, conduct regular facility and equipment inspections, and maintain and repair production equipment.

Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, sanitation, or manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Experience in GMP or regulated production environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cultivation and production areas with plant material and strong odors
- Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Must have majority of own tools and reliable transportation
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card if required by your state
