Role OverviewPlay a key role in keeping our operation running at its best as a Reliability Technician I. You'll use predictive maintenance technologies to monitor equipment and machinery and help identify issues before they impact production. You'll contribute to improving plant efficiency through hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with team members across the organization.
What You Will Do
Conduct routine predictive maintenance technologies on equipment and machinery, drive overall plant efficiency through problem solving and continuous improvement, and collaborate across levels. Help develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, assist in diagnosing equipment issues, and work toward resolving them to improve overall reliability.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and Equivalent Experience
- Predictive Maintenance Certifications: UA, Lvl I IR Lvl I, Vib Lvl I, MLA Lvl I, MCA/ESA Lvl Maintain Perdue Farms QEW Certification
- 8+ Years experience in Industrial maintenance reliability, troubleshooting, problem-solving and repairs on Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, and/or Equivalent Military Experience
- Expert Proficiency in Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrical, PLC, Welding and Rigging
- Commitment to Continuous Learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise
