Job Description
Role Overview

The Reliability Technician will lead the site's reliability process, ensuring consistent compliance with maintenance schedules and methodologies, and implementing improved practices and procedures. The position will collaborate closely with production, mechanical maintenance, and electrical maintenance departments.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies, provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support, and conduct thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and lubrication analysis to promote a predictive maintenance program.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an entry-level reliability engineer or 5-10 years of experience in a maintenance/production leadership role in a heavy manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills are required, as well as broad, practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as an entry level reliability engineer or 5-10 years experience in a maintenance / production leadership role in a heavy manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in a CMMS environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft office products
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or an associate’s degree in a electrical/mechanical field with equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills
  • Broad, practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Well developed interpersonal skills (persuasive, diplomatic, and mature)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand complicated mechanical, hydraulic
