Role OverviewPerform backup functions, such as selling, merchandising and servicing Eagle Rock products for Account Managers who are away from their routes temporarily. This is a sales trainee position.
What You Will Do
Solicit products in a defined route area, manage inventory, develop positive working relationships with retail partners, and conduct special promotions to increase brand sales.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license and be insurable
- 21 years or older
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of product characteristics
- Ability to distinguish between brands through taste testing/sampling
- Ability to speak clearly, read, write, and understand the English language
