Role Overview

Perform backup functions, such as selling, merchandising and servicing Eagle Rock products for Account Managers who are away from their routes temporarily. This is a sales trainee position.

What You Will Do

Solicit products in a defined route area, manage inventory, develop positive working relationships with retail partners, and conduct special promotions to increase brand sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license and be insurable
  • 21 years or older
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of product characteristics
  • Ability to distinguish between brands through taste testing/sampling
  • Ability to speak clearly, read, write, and understand the English language
