What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing, equipment repair, and maintain fire, life, health, and safety systems. Deliver 5-star service to residents, guests, and fellow team members.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Vocational/technical background
- 2+ years of experience with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with painting, carpentry, and finish work
- Experience with fire, life, health, and safety systems
- Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing kitchen and laundry appliances
- Experience with heat pumps
- Certifications including Certificate of Fitness to Operate and Maintain Air Compressors (A-35)
- Certificate of Fitness for Low Pressure Oil Burner Operator (P-99)
- Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Sprinkler Systems (S-12, S-13)
- Certificate of Fitness for Supervision of Bulk Oil Storage Facility (P-13)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
