Role OverviewThe Relief Operator will support the completion of area preventive maintenance activities and provide vacation coverage for area operators.
What You Will Do
The Relief Operator will complete area PM's, operate all Finish Line machinery, and maintain daily/weekly preventative maintenance on machinery.

Requirements
- General knowledge of the Sander and Auto Feed
- General maintenance ability
- Ability to perform PM's correctly and in a timely manner
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to creating a safe work environment
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability and willingness to work core hours to support the needs of our Business
