The Remanufacturing Manager will own full P&L and site performance, a cross-functional organization, and a growth roadmap for remanufactured product portfolio. They will also be responsible for partnerships with commercial, technical, and supply-chain teams, hiring and developing a leadership bench, and driving a continuous-improvement culture.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive leadership in automotive manufacturing, remanufacturing, or powertrain operations, with a strong plus for transmission experience. They should have a deep working knowledge of lean manufacturing, problem-solving rigor, and quality systems, as well as financial acumen and executive presence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in automotive manufacturing, remanufacturing, or powertrain operations
- Deep working knowledge of lean manufacturing, problem-solving rigor, and quality systems (IATF 16949 or equivalent)
- Financial acumen to defend a budget, justify capital, and drive cost with conviction
- Executive presence to work the plant floor in the morning and a customer or boardroom in the afternoon
- A builder's instinct: integration, transformation, or launch experience is a differentiator
