Role OverviewLead and execute large-scale remodels and resets in Lowe’s, Home Depot, and similar big-box retail environments. Supervise crews of 5-15 team members, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety are in compliance on every project.
What You Will Do
Drive execution of full store resets, fixture installations, and planogram (POG) resets. Install and oversee gondola shelving, pallet racking/h-frame steel racking, cantilever systems, displays, and signage.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays within your region and neighboring states
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel to project locations weekly
- Smartphone with internet access for reporting, communication, and timekeeping
- Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance (must be listed as an insured driver)
- 3–5+ years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in fixture installation, remodels, or reset environments
- Direct experience working in Lowe’s, Home Depot, or similar big-box retail remodel projects preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams on large-scale resets, remodels, and fixture installation projects
- Experience with planograms (POGs), blueprint reading, signage installation, and display builds
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work (lifting, bending, climbing ladders, standing/walking)
