Job Description
World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a remote Production Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive growth in monthly funding volume and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in MCA lending or Alternative Business Finance, as well as experience leading a team of sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in MCA lending or Alternative Business Finance
  • At least 2+ years of experience leading a team of sales representatives
  • Experience in lead generation and navigating broker/direct sales environments
  • Proven experience in working with ISO/broker networks and directly sourcing merchants
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
