Requirements

  • 5-10 years of professional accounting work experience
  • Excel Mastery: 'Power User' status is mandatory.
  • Software Proficiency: Accounting: QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop.
  • Bill Pay: Ramp and/or Bill.com.
  • Payroll: Gusto (Paylocity or ADP is a significant plus).
  • Tax Knowledge: Direct experience with U.S. state sales tax filings.
  • Communication: Exceptional English skills; able to explain complex financial concepts in 'plain English.'
