Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Administrative & Filing Coordinator to support daily reporting, documentation, and administrative operations for a lead testing company.
Requirements
Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
Excellent professional and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and teammates
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
Experience in data entry, operations, or related administrative support roles preferred
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and PDF tools
Comfortable using email and online systems
Highly responsible, reliable, and organized
Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working within structured processes and established workflows
Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach
Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs
