Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Administrative & Filing Coordinator to support daily reporting, documentation, and administrative operations for a lead testing company.

Requirements

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent professional and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and teammates
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Experience in data entry, operations, or related administrative support roles preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and PDF tools
  • Comfortable using email and online systems
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and organized
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and established workflows
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach
  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs
