Job Description
We are seeking bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) Customer Support Representatives to handle inbound calls related to SNAP summer benefits. This is a high-impact, community-focused role supporting inbound outreach and assistance. The role is a hybrid position based in Framingham, MA, requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days remote each week.
Requirements
