This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in El Paso, TX who are ready to build their customer service skills while supporting families and dental offices across the states they serve.
What You Will Do
The Call Center Representative will assist pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices, handle inbound and outbound phone calls, follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
