Remote Chief Credit Officer- Private Lending

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in credit, underwriting, or risk management within mortgage, private equity, or commercial lending
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (SVP/EVP/Head of Department) with decision authority and team oversight
• 3+ years at a RTL lender (5+ preferred)
• 3+ years of DSCR or Non-QM lending experience
• Proven experience building and enforcing credit policy, procedures, and exception frameworks
• Strong cross-functional partnership experience with Operations, Capital Markets, and Technology
• Experience managing volume of more than 100 units per month
• Advanced Excel skills and LOS experience (RTL-related preferred)
