HireLatam is a recruitment agency that places top Latin American talent in independent contractor roles. We're hiring a Remote Construction Accounting & Payroll Manager for a client in Central Oregon. The role involves contract billing, job cost support, certified payroll compliance, and timely reporting of all payroll taxes and workers' compensation requirements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in construction accounting (subcontractor experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience managing in-house payroll for a mid-sized workforce
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Payroll
Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance
Familiarity with workers' compensation reporting and payroll tax filings
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
