Role OverviewThe Remote Customer Success Officer will serve as the face of the organization for US and Latin American prospects and clients, conducting live product demonstrations, managing pre-sales conversations, onboarding new accounts, and driving retention and expansion strategies. This role is ideal for a proactive SaaS operator with a background in corporate L&D or EdTech who thrives in an autonomous, early-stage environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include running live product demos and pre-sales execution, managing full pre-sales cycles, onboarding new clients, managing account retention, identifying and closing upsell and expansion opportunities, and managing inbound customer support.

Requirements

- SaaS Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, or SDR/AE roles within a SaaS or software enterprise
- EdTech / L&D Background: Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems or a background in instructional design and corporate training
- Demonstration Polish: Proven track record delivering live product presentations and software demonstrations to enterprise decision-makers
- US Business Hour Alignment: Ability to work US Eastern Time hours reliably from Colombia or Mexico
