Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Financial Coordinator with healthcare experience to support an IVF clinic group on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with fertility insurance, patient financial counseling, and medical claims processing, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Financial Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, or Medical Billing Specialist or Administrator in a healthcare setting.
  • Direct experience with fertility or IVF insurance strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems; experience with nAble is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
