Remote Hospitality & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused Remote Hospitality and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel and hospitality experiences while supporting marketing initiatives designed to promote destinations, accommodations, and vacation experiences.

What You Will Do

You will research and coordinate travel options including hotels, resorts, transportation, activities, and other hospitality services. You will prepare quotes, proposals, reservation details, and itineraries, communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, and coordinate with hospitality partners to confirm bookings. Additionally, you will assist with creating and scheduling travel-related content for social media and digital platforms.
