What You Will Do
You'll handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Requirements
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
